Naming
To protect themselves from the machinations of the Archfey and their binding magic, the mortal races of the Feywild developed naming traditions to protect themselves. For elves, they would sire their children with long and complicated names that would never spoken to anyone, but the child. The rest of the world would know the elven child by only a piece of their true name.
