Yigo (Faridite Language for "honor"; pronounced wigo [ʋigo])

A general term for all Kjai living in their home country, the Grand Kingdom of Farid'zai. It is therefore the opposite term to all Kjai living outside Farid'zai, generally called Siraaj. Determining someone as Yigo does serve as a general term to create a feeling of community and similarity in the vast realm of Farid'zai, often seen as the only "right" way for a Kjai to live. Used as an umbrella turn, many Yigo distinguish themselves further by social class, profession or the area they live in. Unsurprisingly, it may exclude certain types of residents inside Farid'zai, often beeing used by the local government to justify actions against other races or even groups of Kjai itself. The wealthy elite and aristocracy especially view themselves as the only worthy representatives of Yigo. The connection to the Term Siraaj is of special note here, as it is used very differently by members of Yigo. While some Yigo may determine Siraaj as lost brothers and sisters, some speak of them with distrust or even hatred, using Siraaj as swearword and determining Kjai outside of Farid'zai as traitors. The vast differences in traditions between both Yigo and Siraaj are often ignored in this context.
