When Sorren Lesat Rose to the rank to Magic High Priest he created the mystic to "fight illegal magic usage"(witch many believe to be a front) Eventually He promoted the twilight priest Vella Cosmi to High Twilight Priest she tried to at least lower the magic police's power but failed,she then in secret created a "pro-magic" rebellion. This magical rebellion eventually with front leader Damien Darrs wage war against the magic police and Magic High Priest Sorren Lasat.
