Created by Aster Cortess in the late second Era, This ring was made as a gift to Kar Malvec. It is said to have the power to calm the Imperien making it exceptionally safer and easier to manipulate its currents. The ring was a sign of friendship between the Empire of Dema and the Dwarven holds of Tezol. The two strongest powers at the time. It is said the ring was buried with Malvec when he died.
