The Shadow Stalker

A woman(?) encountered in the alleys of the Radiant Festival after dark, as reported by Eyes on Absalom, she stalks people, mostly women, from the shadows with a large bladed weapon, typically a large pair of shears. Appears to be able to move quickly and between unlinked areas through supernatural means. Long, bedraggled black hair covers her face, but some people report seeing a mask covering some or all of it, and she always appears to move as if she was injured.

Attacked Abigail one evening and disappeared when she got too close to sunlight. Her weapon seemed unhindered by armor and cloth, cutting right to the skin.
