Age of Hausos

Starting from a small island roughly the size of Ireland, this world will develop and progress to cover the entire globe... eventually. Hobgoblin colonizers in the north, elves and dwarves in the heart of the island, fey creatures to the west, halflings and gnomes to the east. The races are many, but not as many as the official materials might supply. This is by design, allowing both new kinds of stories to be told within the world and for discoveries of new creatures to be made along the way. By player wish, the world is a high-magic setting. Inspiration has been drawn from elements of traditional D&D adventures, but also from the Silmarillion, Song of Ice and Fire series, Middle-Earth: Shadow of War.
