Smeltspark
The war machines
In their beginning, smeltsparks were created by Beteclaws somewhere around the beginning of the Age of War as living weapons that could decide the best course of action on the battlefield. It both worked and didn't as smeltsparks became the fourth (after Rockwings, Beteclaws, and Huerustlers) sapient race living on the continent. Even though they had free will, a lot of them decided to stay in the armies they already served.Construction of a Smeltspark
All things prepared
To create a smeltspark, one needs a base of its armor made out of metals that are resistant to the influence of the Colors.Second, a vessel for the Color is needed. It replaces the missing Color nest inside of their bodies. The Colors will still flow freely through the body of the smeltspark, giving the constant glow to their eyes, and small sparks here and there.
Last, a vat filled with all of the Colors at the same time is needed.
Once the armor with a vessel inside of it is placed inside the said vat, if all of the conditions are met (not all conditions are known as of yet) and the ritual goes on successfully, a new smeltspark is "born".
Given shape by a Color
Each of the 6 main Colors governs over one of the 6 months of the year. During those months, any kind of magic related to said Color will be stronger. The same rule applies during the creation of smeltsparks. Although their components are submerged in a mixture of all Colors (that is kept from becoming Gray with special substances) and apply to each part of the body that needs them, one of them will become dominant, shaping their bodies, abilities, and minds.
Doubled Colors
If a smeltspark is created on one of the 2 days that connect the last month with another, instead of one dominant Color, smeltspark's body will fill with two at the same time further changing their shape and abilities, turning them into a new, usually stronger version of both of the Colors.Mixed Colors
- White+Green=Assassin
Those Colors create sneaky, hard to notice smeltsparks - Green+Red=Skald/Berserker
Those smeltsparks have lighter armor around their torso and legs while having extremely strong arms. They can expend their Colors to get even stronger. - Red+Black=Fortress
Smeltsparks whose armor is very thick. They are heavy and slow but very hard to defeat. - Black+Blue=Sniper
Their eyes and precision are the best among their kin. - Blue+Yellow=Smokers
Those smeltsparks constantly absorb and emit the Colors they cannot assimilate in a form of smoke that covers the battlefield. - Yellow+White=Pacifists
The kind that was almost never created during the Age of War, and as such, their properties are almost unknown.
Morphology
Smeltsparks are pieces of armor resembling humans, beteclaws or rockwings in their shape. The color of their armor can take on the color of any metal or alloy during their creation. Their helmets usually have plume.Additional Information
Social Structure
Due to their military upbringing, smeltsparks, tend to spend their time in big groups. Now, as the Age of War ended, they often join mercenary groups or become town guards.
Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
All of the smeltsparks that are still in the military and most of them "outside" use their production numbers as their names. The rest often takes on the naming conventions of the other races they encounter during their lives.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Smeltsparks tend to like Rockwings, partially to them both sharing the hard exterior, wonder of nature, and love of travel.
They aren't too keen towards their creators, Beteclaws, as even when they started to fight for their rights as sapient beings, beteclaws ignored those pleas for a long time.
Humans helped them fight for their rights and many smeltsparks are still grateful for that.
Smeltsparks are as curious about Huerustlers as huerustlers are about them.

Average Height
Between 1.3 and 1.95 meters.
Related Myths
Even though it looks like none of them have noses, they can still smell at the level similar (or even better) to that of the humans. Their other senses work perfectly fine and are sharp like those of beteclaws.
Now I want a blue-yellow rockwing-shaped smeltspark who's a master of wizardry.
