Voki Barefeet
Voki Barefeet is the pilot of a river barge on the Shrike River. For a fee she transports cargo and passengers, usually no farther south than the Tuskwater, though occasionally she can be convinced to go farther for the right price.
Her barge is distinctive by its possession of a cannon, which Voki mostly uses to frighten off dangerous wildlife. Voki carries the cannon with her when she leaves the barge to prevent it being stolen.
