Isha Jankyns

Mistress Jenkyns runs the Laughing Tree tavern in Waystone. She manages to keep the tavern reasonably well stocked with drink and food, and is extremely adept at getting things that few others can find, though how is not entirely clear.
Jenkyns and her crew arrived in Waystone very shortly after its establishment and began clearing trees and soon after raised the walls of the tavern, using the floor plan and partial walls of an old structure built to incorporate the sprawling roots of a massive tree that once grew over the spot.
She has a dislike of Kobolds that has not yet been fully explained.
She has had several encounters with Covarr which have demonstrated her irritation his attempts to exert authority over her or the town in general.
Isha was recently elected to Waystone's Town Council, which meets in her tavern.
