The Bard's Tale 2039
This is Mandalorian BBQ's major plotline for the first season. It draws upon his favorite childhood fantasy RPG for inspiration, but updates it and adds elements from Cyberpunk and HP Lovecraft to drop the new story right on top of White Crest in 2039.
The story will begin in White Crest and shape the fate of the entire world before its end. As a living world the adventurer's ability to rise up and meet the threat, or failure to do so will leave a lasting mark on the world of Afterlight forever after.

Embarking on a mountain research project, the Wyldkats encounters ominous signs and unsettling warnings from a native American. As they settle in at the campsite, a storm rages, followed by an eerie silence broken only by distant singing. When the storm clears, they find their companions missing and a strange rock arrangement. Facing off against menacing wolves, the group unveils their hidden abilities to defeat the creatures, discovering they were technologically altered and transmitting signals. Now faced with a choice, they must decide whether to seek help or venture into the unknown to locate their vanished peers.Themes
