CorSec

Ostensibly short for Corporate Security. This is the name given to whatever private security corporation that might be in play. It has become interchangeable in the same manner with which people describe all Police, Sheriffs and other Law Enforcement as "Cops."
In the case of White Crest the CorSec usually refers to Security Solutions International, as they have the largest presence in the city and hold multiple contracts with major Corporations and MegaCorps. However, there are also individual corporate security forces present as well, such as MacroTech's private force, sometimes called the MacroTech Militia in disparaging circles.
