North-South America Allies find Technical Spec for Mishima Engine

Allies Brazil and Venezuela somehow "find" left behind plans of the Mishima Jump-1 Drive and Ark designs.

It is believed they might've gotten these plans sooner, possibly by hacking into Mishima servers or through corporate espionage but had not been able to act on them. It is known that on this day, in cooperation with the Spes Foundation that they started building Ark's with the Jump-1 Drive.
