Tanades

Tanades is a mostly water covered planet, although the oceans aren't incredibly deep.  Tanades is unique in that it is mostly flat under the ocean surface and aside from a few locations, the water barely gets more than 30ft below sea level.  With that being said it is extremely dangerous to swim here. The entire surface is covered with floating flowers and plants long intertwined root systems that make it hard to escape.   Despite this and the trace atmosphere, Tanades was colonized fairly early by the Spes people and the large city of Oceanus grew here.
It is noted that the locals have a very strange sense of humor revolving around deadpan lying.  While not malicious or used for the purpose of stealing, outsiders find it extremely difficult to navigate conversations here, never knowing if they are being told the truth or made the butt of a joke.

Fauna & Flora

Flowers rest on the surface of most waters, unfortunately they don't produce much in the way of oxygen.
