Lareece tags along with us to the final place of interest from the note.

ARRIVE at Omar Sevilles House

Lareece gets a carriage to take us back to the keep to investigate the stolen helm. → Maisie goes off on her own to talk to Lucia

The group goes through the door.
Path splits and Darion leads us down the most traveled path he can see.
While walking, Darions foot catches on a small porcelain rat statue of a rat half buried in the ground

Leads us to a heavy industrial part of Coldhaven
Gabe goes out into town
Group arrives at Griss Mill
Woody knocks → no answer
Maisie picks the locks and Woody attempts to open the doors
Mysterious man appears behind Woody and puts his hand on his shoulder to stop him
Tells us not to go in because it will “lead to our deaths”
He introduces himself as Ben Brogan a handsome thief who stole all the objects we had investigated
Ben tells us the rat ogre is in the mill (HUGE rat)
Chief of one of the rat clans (Scaberous) is in the mill and very dangerous
Pigeon from Gabe flies by with the Potion of Unguent Timelessness
Group walks into the Mill
Darion and Maisie find ground up bone
We go down stairs where Darmek last felt the helm ping
Woody tests barn door and gets burned
Maisie finds a ward of burning hands
Ben turns off all traps and investigates ahead with cat familiar (black with white spot
COMBAT!!
Woody jumps across the Mill mechanisms by jumping off his horse Esroh (Mid jump, VERY COOL lol) and puts down the rat ogre with a Divine Smite
Ogre does a NAT 20 saving throw and pops up knocking woody down
We beat them but a cultist and the chief escape through a hole with the helm
Darion unguents the rat ogre
After Combat
Darion follows throught the hole and catches the nightfang cultist but not the chief
Nightfang surrenders
Continues further in the tunnel and finds room full of bones and finds things collected by flimflam and the helm
