Leviathan City

Leviathan City is the largest city of the Kavhorian Empire named because of the leviathans that swim on the shores of the city, known as the 'Void Sea'.

Defences

To protect against attacks from the neighboring leviathans multiple buoys were setup that have a constant stream of lightning to repel the leviathans back from the outer sea walls.
