Wyvaran

Wyvaran are rare across Aetheria, and not much is known about them in general. They are thought to be somewhere between true dragons and Kobold, but each seems to vary in terms of their own capabilities. All of them have dragon-like wings, though most cannot use them to actually achieve flight. They also all retain some control over their reptilian tails, helping them balance and also aiding them in combat.
