From the militant town of Baerdon, another person was forged in battle. Growing to be ready for combat, Zane joined arms with comrades to fend off against monsters. However, one day was all it took to change his life. What was meant to be a routine clean up turned into a bloodbath. The half-elf saw his comrades fall one by one, as his desperation hit a crescendo. In blood and tears, Zane plead his soul for power - and his goddess, Vildira, answered. His soul was bounded to duty at that moment, being punished accordingly whenever he fails to meet it.
