Description: Ulgovans tend to look largely similar to other human species with a few key differences. They tend to hav eodd skin pigmentation, coming in a variety of colors such as blue, pink, red, green or purple. Very little cultural significance seems to be attached to these colors. Ulgovans also tend to have odd mutations that can lead to them being unnaturally elastic, or able to melt into a fluidic form, and then become solid again. Some of them survive on completely liquid diets.

Mutations:
Disassociation: Ulgovans with this mutation can melt into a goo form, and then reform back into a solid form at will. (Cahracters in this form can move, but cannot use skills.)

Elasticity: Ulvovans with this trait can both stretch and compress far more than other humans, as if they had no bones. (Proportions can generally stretch to 3x. i.e. A 2-foot-logn arm can stretch to 6 feet long.) (This can translate to +2 to Unarmed Combat Rolls.)

Fluidic Intuition: Unlocks Psionics

Liquivore: Ulgovans with this mutation can't digest solid food, but they can easily derive all of the nutrition they need from fluids liek breast milk, semen, and blood.

Non-Newtonian: Wounds caused by piercing damage heal very quickly. (2 Health / Second)
