Description: The Children fo Cerberus are a canine-surpremicist militia that tends to operate complely outside the law. They recognize no authority outside fo their own militia leadership, and aggressively resist any attempts to get them to heed Federation law. While i tis noted that they will enslave non-canine colonies to use their citizens for labor, they are not technoically 'slave traders', since they not buy or sell slaves. The governments of canine worlds will sometimes contract with them under the table to perform mercenary fuctions.
