The Dark Assassins

The players get hit by a series of attempted assassinations. Who is the assassins? And who sent them?

Plot points/Scenes

The party members wake up to see some of the other party members in their rooms looking at them. What is going on?

If interacted with they will appear like the other members and then suddenly attack. The party is split and have to fight off these erstwhile killers.

The assassins may reply saying in Sumerian "The Pale Queen and Adalwolf sent their regards".

Assassination attempts happen over the course of the day.

If investigated it seems that the killers have entered Eschbach from all directions, and have no base of operations.

They may find that the assassins are known as the Nightblades, a secretive Vampire Nation organisation.
