Wizard

Wizards have spent time, blood, sweat, and tears studying the arcane to grant themselves access the the magic present in all things. With knowledge and time they've unlocked secrets to the arcane. Wizards are known for their breadth of knowledge and access to a huge variety of magic. They also have a reputation for delving too deep, creating things like liches and arcane horrors. Magical colleges have spent the last few decades fighting this reputation, but things like Owlbears still go a long way to prove that maybe not all are worthy of the arcane.

Historical Wizards

• Magbrek is a dwarven wizard who moved to Searock before heading to the Hilt. Powerful, knowledgable and...strange, Magbrek now runs a magical shop in the Hilt before he famously assisted Crystal Vanguard. 
• Feros was an illusion wizard and tiefling from the Lordless Lands who used home taught illusion magic to work his way up to a position of power in Darkroad, eventually assisting the group Green Night against a horde of demons in the tunnels beneath. Feros now controls a good chunk of Darkroad. 
• Bemela Goldbraids was a member of the group Hammerbound and dwarven wizard. She died slaying a giant in the Anvils but previously she helped lead the band through constant trials in the Hastlands, including destroying a a huge nest of Kobolds with her brother Mangrar.
