The Raptor
The Raptor is quiet, calculated and strange. He is a high elf, one of the searing who still bears the scars, and never removes his mask. No one is sure where he came from, but his wealth is known to be quite high. He runs the guild Talon and is rarely seen in public outside of the guild hall or the occasional banquet thrown by nobility both in Requiem and in Vanreth.
