Ranger

Rangers are best known for their how adept they are at exploring and taming the wilds. Many have a connection to some form of nature, manifesting as magical abilities or even as animal companions. Rangers can be from all aspects of life. Bounty hunters are often rangers, taking up the abilities to hunt and track prey. Rangers are often found attached to adventuring parties heading outside city walls. A lot of groups take the name of ranger, a sign of good survival abilities.

Historical Rangers

• Ryuel "Spider" Osteroth was a wood elf, one of the crystal vanguard, and helped the group in its journey through Requiem and Vanreth. Most famously, Ryuel founded Vanguard Adventuring Guild with his son and with his fellow adventurer Ulubel. Ryuel recently retired to Lakeacre.
• Ronald Day the Sunset Archer was a human member of Myth under Vanguard and famously saved the queen and princess during the Summer Hunt Coup. Ronald Day took a famed longbow shot through the closing door of a carriage to hit the would be kidnappers. Ronald Day is now the Lord of the Woods.
• Hulshka was a Lizardfolk ranger who favored melee combat. A famed Horizon Walker, Hulshka proved their resilience as the "Lordless Sliver" as she fought back hidden Ilmora expansion into the swamp for 3 years before famously leading the "Slice of Thelnor" which saw their forces attack Thelnors military camp and declare any more attempts would be met with the One Law.
