Meleth, Mistress of Snow

Meleth is the queen of ice, mistress of snow, and lady of cold. She is said to be dressed in beautiful dresses made of shimmering, thin ice, with her lips a constant deep blue. Meleth is said to be rude, pompous, and very loyal.
