Antimagic Collars and Cuffs

Imbued with properties often found in nullstone, antimagic collars were designed by the Royal Academy of Engineers. First they were built in small scale to aprehend magical criminals, but have since grown to help collar magical beasts and stop their dangerous abilities. 
When antimagic collars or cuffs are placed on and locked it releases an anti magic field encompassing the creature, causing all spells to fail. Each lock is made of expensive and magic proof nullstone, which is connected to the collar at large.
