Weapons and armor: club, crossbow (light and heavy), dagger, handaxe, javelin, kama, nunchaku, quarterstaff, sai, shuriken, siangham, sling.
AC Bonus: Add WIS to AC, additional bonus every 5 levels, must be unarmored and unencumbered.
Flurry of Blows: when unarmored and using unarmed strike or monk weapons may make extra attack at full base attack, but all attacks until the start of next turn are at a penalty, this penalty gradually lessens, starting at -2.
Unarmed Strike: counts as improved unarmed strike, damage increases with levels.
Stunning Fist: as the feat. Note that you gain an additional use of this feat every monk level.
Monk Bonus Feats: you may choose the unarmed combat feats, skill feats, defensive, or mobility feats,
Evasion: when you would normal save and take ½ damage on a reflex save you instead take 0.
Fast movement +10: this is an enhancement bonus to base speed.
Still Mind: +2 on saves against spells and effects that are enchantments.
Flurry of Blows (-2) At third level you can make an additional attack, as part of a full attack action, with an unarmed strike or monk weapon attack at your highest base attack. At third level all of the attacks you make that round are at -2, at 8th level all such attacks are at -1 and at 12th level all such attacks are at the normal base attack progression
Ki Strike (magic): unarmed strikes are treated as the listed material for DR purposes. Ki strike magic strikes as a magic weapon equal to +1 per 5 class levels; +2 at 5th, +3 at 10th, +4 at 15th and +5 at 20th.
Slow Fall 20’: distance you can fall and take no damage if within arm’s reach of the wall as you fall.
Monk Combat Maneuvers +2: you gain the above listed bonus when using the combat maneuvers .
Wholeness of Body: heal 2x monk level in HP to self per day, spread out as desired. Use this ability as a swift action.
Improved Evasion: when making a reflex save for ½, even a failed save indicates ½ damage. 
Quivering Palm: with unarmed strike, 1/day the monk can make target make fort save (DC 10 +1/2 Monk level + WIS) or die or become paralyzed for 1 round per class level at any time up to days per class level. .
Perfect Self: treated as outsider, DR 10/magic,
