Few cultures are open to necromancy. Dread Necromancers can be found anywhere but usually take great pains not to be found, for the reception they receive is usually lethal. Only in Arafel, Harad and Senpat are such individuals tolerated if not respected and feared.

Armor and Weapons: simple weapons and a martial weapon of your choice from your region and light armor but not shield. No ASF for light armor.
Spellcasting: cast arcane spells as a sorcerer from the dread necromancer spell list. When you attain a new spell level you automatically know all the spells on the list for that level. Spells casting, DCs and bonus spells based on CHA.
Charnel Touch: at will but no more then once a round touch attack deals 1d8 +1/4 class levels to living target. Touch heals undead 1 hp +1/4 class levels. You can use the spectral hand spell to deliver this ability.
Channel Negative Energy: as cleric of equal level. This ability can only be used to heal undead and harm living creatures. You gain 3 +CHA per day to use. As a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity, present a unholy symbol and emit a 30’ radius spread burst of negative energy. At 1st level you heal or deal 1d6 damage, this increases 1d6 every 2 levels to a maximum of 10d6 at 19th level. You emit negative energy that harms all living creatures (including yourself if you wish) in the radius (allowing the same will save for half) and heal all undead in the area the same amount.
Command Undead: as bonus feat,
Lich Body: gain DR/Bludgeoning and magic.
Advanced Learning: Add a spell known from wizard or cleric spell of the necromancy school. If it belongs in both, take the lower level.
Mental Bastion: bonus to saves vs sleep, stunning, paralysis, poison or disease.
Fear Aura: as free action radiate fear in 5’ radius, will save DC 10 + ½ class level + CHA or be shaken. Those who save can’t be affected for 24 hours.
Summon familiar: Gain familiar, either imp, quasit, vargouille, or ghostly visage.
Undead Mastery: undead created gain +4 enhancement to strength and dexterity and 2 additional hp per HD. When creating undead with animate dead spell or similar magics you can control 4+CHA HD/spell caster level. When using the command undead spell or feat, you can control 2+CHA HD/Level.
Negative Energy Resistance: +4 on saves vs negative energy effects.
Enervating Touch: using charnel touch can deliver negative levels, no more then 2 at a time and a maximum of ½ class level per day. At 17th level can deliver negative levels = to class level per day.
Craft wondrous items: bonus feat (to create phylactery).
Lich Transformation: become a lich, do not pay gold or XP for phylactery.
