Lingering Legacy (Tier 1)
The ancient spells of Thassilon linger long after they’re cast, haunting your enemies and empowering your magic.Prerequisite: Thassilonian Specialist, Expert in Arcana
Effect: When you critically succeed on a spell attack roll or when a creature critically fails its saving throw against one of your spells:
The spell lingers in an area or on the target for 1 minute, causing additional effects based on its school:
- Enchantment (Lust): Targets remain Fascinated by you.
- Evocation (Wrath): Targets take 2d10 persistent fire damage.
- llusion (Pride): Targets are Blinded for 1 round.
Boundless Lust (Tier 2)
As a master of enchantment, you extend your sin magic to bind the wills of others to your service.Prerequisite: Thassilonian Specialist (Enchantment), Master in Arcana
Action: 3 Actions
Effect: You cast a heightened Dominate spell without expending a spell slot. The spell’s target must make a Will save (DC = your class DC). On a failure, the duration increases to 1 week, and the target is Slowed 1 while under your control.
Special: This ability can only be used once per day.
Sevenfold Mastery (Tier 4)
You achieve mastery over the magic of all seven sins, weaving their power into an unparalleled display of Thassilonian might.Prerequisite: Thassilonian Specialist, Legendary in Arcana, Timeless Sage
Action: 3 Actions
Effect: You unleash the magic of all seven Runelords in a single devastating display. Choose up to 7 targets within 60 feet and assign each a school of magic (must be from a different sin). You cast a heightened spell of the appropriate school against each target.
Example: A fireball for Wrath, Dominate for Lust, and so on.
Special: This spell-like effect drains you deeply, leaving you Fatigued and Drained 2 for 1 hour. Spells cannot be cast in a Heightened state until your next daily preparations.
Utility and Defensive Feats
Arcane Wardkeeper (Tier 1)
You create a protective ward of ancient Thassilonian glyphs to safeguard your allies and their magic.Prerequisite: Master in Arcana, Thassilonian Specialist
Action: 3 Actions
Effect: You create a ward in a 30-foot radius around you that lasts for 10 minutes. Allies in the ward gain a +2 status bonus to saving throws against spells and magical effects. Enemies entering the ward take 3d6 force damage (Basic Reflex save).
The ward can counteract the first spell targeting any ally inside it each turn at the caster's discretion.
Arcane Reflection (Tier 3)
Your mastery of ancient magics allows you to bend spells back toward their source.Prerequisite: Legendary in Arcana
Action: Reaction, Trigger: You are targeted by a spell attack or area spell
Effect: Roll an Arcana check against the spell’s DC. On a success, the spell reflects back to its caster with the same effects. On a critical success, the reflected spell is heightened by 1.
