Chronomancer Feats

Temporal Ricochet (Tier 1)

You align your shot not just with space but with time itself, causing your bullets to traverse alternate possibilities before returning to strike true.
Prerequisite: Chronoskimmer Dedication, Advanced Deed (Gunslinger)
Action: 2 Actions
Effect: When you make a ranged Strike, you can choose one additional target within 30 feet of the initial target. If the first attack hits, the bullet bends through time to strike the secondary target, using the same attack roll. You can choose to delay the secondary strike, causing it to hit at the end of the round, catching enemies unaware.
Special
: If the secondary target is in cover when the strike is delayed, it bypasses the cover due to temporal alignment.  

Time-Locked Barrel (Tier 2)

You engrave runes into your firearm’s mechanism, allowing it to lock temporal energy into a shot for devastating effect.
Prerequisite: Chronoskimmer Dedication, Advanced Deed (Gunslinger)
Action: Free Action, Trigger: You perform a Gunslinger’s Deed with a firearm
Effect: The firearm’s ammunition is imbued with unstable temporal energy. On a successful Strike, the target takes an additional 1d8 force damage per weapon die and must succeed at a Fortitude save (DC = class DC or spell DC, whichever is higher) or become Frightened 2 as glimpses of their death overwhelm them. Critical failure results in them being Slowed 1 for 1 minute.
Special
: This ability can only be used once per minute, as the temporal energy strains the weapon.  

Paradox Shot (Tier 3)

You fire a bullet not just across the battlefield but across time, striking your opponent before they realize the shot was fired.
Prerequisite: Chronoskimmer Dedication, Gunslinger Critical Specialization
Action: 3 Actions
Effect: Choose one creature within the range of your firearm that you can perceive. You make an attack roll against them as if they were flat-footed, bypassing any reactions or conditions that would alter the attack. On a successful Strike, the target must succeed at a Will save (DC = class DC or spell DC) or take double the normal damage from the attack as the paradox of being struck before the bullet was fired destabilizes their reality.
Special
: If the target is critically hit, they are also Confused for 1 round.  

Echoes of the Shot (Tier 4)

You imprint your gunfire into the fabric of time, creating a delayed echo of devastation.
Prerequisite: Chronoskimmer Dedication, Time-Locked Barrel
Action: 2 Actions
Effect: Make a Ranged Attack roll against a target. If the Attack hits, the target takes full damage and you may choose to mark the target with a Temporal Echo that cannot be removed by normal means. A target marked with Temporal Echo is effected for 1d4 rounds. When the echo resolves (at the end of the determined rounds), the target suffers half the initial damage of the shot.
Special
: You can only maintain one temporal echo at a time, and this ability does not stack with Time-Locked Barrel.
