Cipiurra

Cipiurra, also known as The Jailor, was the first deity created by Heocanin. She was created specifically to create Aetercerem, the prison for the Aetercerians. Cipiurra is a cold hearted and pragmatic deity but also a neutral one. She doesn't pass judgement nor does she enforce law, she simply is there to keep things in order and order can be whatever people want it to be.

She is involved in Aerlad, where she is currently worshipped as Gillianthe.
