The Novoto are displeased with the Norsean Empire's tepid response to Queen Lilliana's diplomatic outreach.

In the wake of the Second Val'Karan Unity Conference, Queen Lilliana was tasked with reaching out to the Norsean Empire. The initial Norsean response was less than enthusiastic. This has struck the Novoto as distant and cold, especially as Novoton is closest to Eldari controlled territory. And in the War of the Colossi it was the Novoto who lost the most ground and lives. This most recent political action by the Norseans has caused many Novoto to speak out against them.
