Bane is the god of tyranny and ambition, his teachings are of ruthless gaining of power. There is no such thing as morals in Bane's realm, only ambition and the will to take what you can. Bane and his cult are ruthless and terrofying, praying upon the weak so as to gain more power for themselves.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Bane's goal is to rule the Pantheon and crush the Purpose, starting with Amaunator. Bitter was and battles have been fought by these two as Bane ravages lands in his ambition of power. Yet Bane is not satisfied with dominion only of the Purpose but also of Opposition, he remains the head of the Opposition, but Lolth and Shar remain ever at his heels.
