The Yizumu Valley

As the party searches for evidence against Grand Keeper Ghallus, they decide to travel to a lost temple on the Isle of Baasan. However, in order to find it, they must trek through the jungle located in the Yizumu Valley. With not a lot of information to go off of, the party journeys through this dense jungle to find a temple that has been lost for centuries. There have been sightings of it and rumors of its location. The valley is a great place to find items used for synthesis, as the jungle is filled with many kinds of flora. This area, in particular, will have the highest concentration of plant life and the most abundant place to find healing plants and buff items.

Geography

The Yizumu Valley is a large stretch of jungle that spans 40% of the Isle of Baasan. On each side of the valley, there are long and high ridges of mountain and foothills covered in dense, hot jungle. Many indigenous tribes live in the valley unaccounted for and live in hidden tribal communities. One brave explorer once believed there to be 40-50 isolated tribes alone, just on Baasan! The jungle itself is very dense and filled with many winding paths. There is a river that runs through the valley then branches off and supplies fresh water to many places. There was once a thriving community within the jungle where a temple had been built to worship the Keepers and the Arvalis, it has since been abandoned and nobody is really sure of its location.

Fauna & Flora

The valley is home to a massive variety of plants and wildlife, some say that only 30% of wildlife species have even been discovered there.

Natural Resources

Within the jungle is an abundant resource of fruits, wood, stone, precious gemstones, and meat from different species of animals. It's often said that some of the world's most exotic and rare foods come from the Yizumu Valley Jungle.
