Tharizdun, the Chained Oblivion

Tharizdun, the Chained Oblivion, is the chaotic evil god of madness and entropy. He is more often known as the Chained God or the Elder Elemental Eye, for the few who know of his existence dare to speak his name aloud.  Tharizdun is one of the oldest entities in all of existence, having been created within the void that is the Abyss in the time before time.
