Realm Guardsmen

The Realm Guardsmen are the common law enforcement of the Realm. Every settlement, from the largest city to the smallest hamlet, has some guard presence within it. Guardsmen are tasked with protecting civilians from various threats, from civil disobedience to incursions by invading attackers. They have the power to make arrests in the name of the Realm, and receive light training for this purpose. They are the largest, but simultaneously least-well trained, of the Forces of the Realm.
