Aasimar

Aasimar are human-based planetouched, native outsiders that have in their blood some good, otherworldly characteristics. They are often, but not always, descended from angels and other creatures of pure good alignment, but while predisposed to good alignments, aasimar are by no means always good.
Though aasimar most commonly give birth to other aasimar, it is possible for human parents to give birth to an aasimar without any obvious cause. Some believe this may be an example of a divine birth, while others claim that one or both of the parents simply have some drop of angelic blood in their lineage which only now choose to reveal itself.
