Scope: A larger outbreak occurred during the sweltering summer months, impacting Valenport and Elyndor. Estimates suggest around 30% of the populations in these areas fell ill. Effects: This outbreak caused significant agricultural decline as farmers fell ill and were unable to tend to their crops. The resulting famine led to widespread civil unrest and riots against the Guntai, who were seen as ineffective in their handling of the crisis.
