Elise Chiaros

Despite her youth, Elise holds high station in the Illumin Church of Reboun. Most concerned with study and scripture rather than the more hands-on approach of preaching the faith, she is most often seen trailing her father, the head priest, Abner Chiaros during his sermons. She is most often found cloistered in the church's library or her own quarters engrossed in research and prayer. Recently however, Elise has been seen unaccompanied in the city, providing services to those who are unable to make it to the church.

Identifying Characteristics

Red eyes that hold shades of pink and orange in certain lights. They are most comparable to the sunrise and sunset.

Apparel & Accessories

The tell-tale crystal of Illumin practitioners hangs from a leather band around her neck.
In addition to the leather band, Elise wears a crystal necklace. Various strands of crystals hang from the crystalline chain and each of these strands are different colors that correspond to those of the stations of the church. The central, largest strand ends in a glimmering, red gem.

Personal history

Having been raised from birth in the church, all Elise knows is the halls in which she was raised. Even as a child, she was a bit reclusive, often devoting her time solely to study and to prayer. As she has grown she has been given more duties due to her diligence, as such she has been pried from her private study and into the public eye. Elise tries her best to maintain her presence in her father's shadow. Keeping to herself whenever she can, she has historically used what free time she has had to study. But with her newfound independent access to the city, Elise has been spending more and more time outside of the church.

Education

Being of the Illumin faith, Elise's foundational skills were trained with reading and transcribing scripture. Having a personal hunger for knowledge and an unshakeable curiosity, Elise is in constant pursuit of learning and understanding as much as she can of both the faith and the world around her.

Her daily chores and duties for and to the church keep her as busy as any job would.
