The captal city of Mt. Wynter, bustling between the base of the Capricornus Mountian Range and the Frost Moon Lake. It houses a mutlitude of artisans, armories, and merchantries. The Claus Castle is the largest structure in the city.

Demographics

The wealthiest of the country flock here to flaunt their wealth to the Claus Family, hoping to enter into a significant business proposal or to rent a manor. A majority of the Dwarven Elves live towards the middle of the town for easier access to their jobs, while many of the Cold Elves and Snow Nymphs live on the outskirts of the city.

Government

The Realm Elder of Mt. Wynter is Elliott Ringfeld, who is in charge of Mt. Wynter as a whole.
The ruling government are the Claus Family, a Militaristic Duchy, and their chosen noble constituents.

Defences

Chakram is the second most fortified City in Aeon, with heavily present Military and Naval forces within the city and on the outskirts. The city is protected by the natural barriers of the Frozen Tundra to the east and the Capricornous Mountians behind the city, making invasion nearly impossible due to the unpredictable weather.

Industry & Trade

Chakram’s legacy was thanks in part to Maverick Claus’ discovery of Chrome Clovers, flowers that bloom in varieties of different metals, ranging from basic iron to blackened steel. With this, Chakram was able to craft a myriad of weapons and armor, making it the largest manufactuer and exporter of natural metals, weapons and armor.
During the 2nd Equinox War, High Commander Nicholai Claus made a deal with Fae Queen Faerelle to supply weapons, armor and troops to assist in Midsummer Cape’s assult on the Autumnal Ruins. When the countries of New Temperantia eventually signed the Equinox Treaty into law, Nicholai vowed to continue trade, collaborating with then Reyna Marigold de Los Muertos to begin exports to the Autumnal Ruins.
After the Fallen Leave Incident of 735, Acting High Commander Rowena Claus recused the entirety of Mt. Wynter from the Equinox Treaty, immediately halting trade with every country, excluding Bordeaux. Mt. Wynter, and especially Chakram, has yet to recover from this substantial financial loss as the world’s highest export of processed Clover Metals by 73%.

Assets

The most substantial assets of Chakram are the Mt. Wynter Workshop, which processes metals and stone sent for Archona, and The Creation Station, where high class artisans with centuries of secret techniques of creating everlasting art from ice and wood processed by the Weiss Wood Company.

History

The first settlement founded by Roman Claus after his expedition across Mt. Wynter. He chose the base of the Capricornous Mountain Range as the founding city due to the natrual barrier of hazerdous tundra and impenetrable mountains, considering the safety of the nomad camps that followed him there.

Tourism

In the past, there weren’t many tourists travelling to Mt. Wynter, much less to Chakram, but after the signing of the Equinox Treaty, Nicholai Claus allowed tourism into Chakram, building trust with other countries and boosting the economy.
Due to the Claus Family recusing the entirety of Mt. Wynter from the Equinox Treaty, no Esprit from a verified Treaty Country is allowed entry onto the Continent.

Natural Resources

Mt. Wynter has a wide variety of specialized Chrome Clover fields that are farmed across the country. They are used to smelt at least 9 different clover types: Iron, Cold Steel, Bronze, Copper, Silver, Rose Gold, Gold and Blackened Steel (Tungsten). Many apprentice blacksmiths flock to Chakram to train with the best teachers and materials.
