Pyre Volcan

Background

Pyre grew up in the small city of Batelonia, in the eastern part of Balefire. Growing up she learned to fight early on as Batelonia is near the territory that one of the largest nomadic orc tribes, The Karadgruumsh, occupies for up to a third of each year during warmer weather. As a result children are taught to help defend themselves in the event of orc raids. Pyre particularly loved the strategic aspects of combat and took the extra initiative to study books on battle strategy in the library and she relished the opportunity to use these skills during orc raids. She quickly gained a reputation for her incredible feats in combat and the military leaders of her city would often include her in discussions on how to handle future raids.

Pyre Volcan is a genasi fighter battlemaster with a fiery temper in everyday life, but an unusually calm demeanor and strategic mind in combat. She is a Junior Hunter of the Crimson Roses squad of hunters based in Balefire.
