Arcadia

Arcadia is one of the outer planes that represents the space between lawful neutrality and good.   An infinitesimal but highly orderly landscapes of mostly planes. It's as if everything was planned out very carefully in a grid like pattern. Not so much that everything is a perfect square but that each different kind of landscape stop and starts on precise lines. Most of the land found are grassy planes, some with hills and some with taller grass than others. Dotted throughout are patches of forest and an occasional mountain peak but never a range. At the highest mountain peak sits an enormous orb that is half dark and half light. It spins at a constant but steady and very slow pace. Every part of the lands that face the dark is pure dark, no stars, no moonlight, nothing. The land that faces the light is a bright summers day, there is no sunrise or sunset here, only light and darkness.   While the land is majorly almost perfectly flat, the streams and rivers flow just as well. They do not come from any of the mountains and the source is unattainable. The streams eventually flow into the rivers and all the rivers eventually flow to various central points that are, in terms of distance, worlds apart from one another. These points are massive pitfalls that are miles in diameter with the water culminating and swirling towards the center. Through the bottom of the center holes lies an entire other level to this plane that no being is able to access for the swirling waters would prove too powerful and would drown them before they made it through.   The denizens of this land are a myriad of animals. These animals reside in the terrain space associated with them. Animals in this plane are made up of material rather than skin, fur, or feather. One would find a bear made of solid wood, a fox made of pure silver, a parrot made of clear ruby. Every being here has silver eyes with no pupil and are able to see through any illusion, they are unaffected by any kind of magic that would normally effect beasts of their kind. This is a peaceful land where everything lives in harmony with one another.   Among the rest, Moarus, the God of Justice has claimed this plane as his domain. He has a large temple at the base of the largest mountain under the light and dark orb. He has a large gathering of Planetars and Devas there to help protect the plane.   When a mortal being enters the realm they appear in a vast grassy plane with very little deviation in height. No matter how far they walk or in which direction they are able to see the mountain and orb of Moarus. While they may choose to travel and interact with anything they see or come across, the mountain itself is impossible to reach unless they have a just goal.
