Bërguul began as a celestial being, entrusted by the deity Poseidon with a sacred mission - to investigate the malevolent demon lord, Malroth, who threatened to plunge the realms into darkness. However, fate took a dark turn when Bërguul fell under the seductive sway of Malroth. Ensnared by the demon lord's malevolence, he became Malroth's disciple, forsaking his divine purpose for the allure of power and darkness. In the clutches of the malevolent influence, Bërguul's celestial light dimmed, and he embraced his new identity as the dark lord of the planet Aeloria.
With the passing of time, Bërguul's thirst for power intensified, leading him to acquire the Pendant of Pure Evil, an artifact of immense darkness and malevolence. However, his reign of darkness was cut short when he was confronted by the hero Sorinoth, who valiantly battled the dark lord and emerged victorious. In the epic clash, Bërguul met his end, and the Pendant of Pure Evil was taken from his lifeless grasp.
Yet, Bërguul's story did not end with his demise. Malroth, his malevolent master, wielded the dark powers of resurrection, and Bërguul was brought back to life, rising once again to serve the demon lord's sinister cause. Together, they formed the Order of the Black Hand, a syndicate of dark elves devoted to the pursuit of the Pendant of Pure Evil, a source of unimaginable power and destruction.
The pendant's allure drove Bërguul and his dark elves on a relentless quest, seeking the artifact's possession. However, the fate of the pendant took an unexpected twist when it fell into the hands of the tiefling Nëj. Determined to reclaim the pendant, Bërguul and his Order of the Black Hand pursued Nëj relentlessly. In a climactic confrontation, the tiefling Nëj faced Bërguul, and the destiny of Aeloria hung in the balance. In a battle of wills and powers, Nëj proved victorious, bringing an end to Bërguul's reign as the dark lord.
