Heralds

When an Ascendant reaches a certain level of power, they are usually granted the ability to create a single living entity that embodies their blossoming legend, and which will serve as their eternal servant, vanguard, and messenger; these entities are known as "Heralds", and come in many different forms.

Heralds are neither inherently good nor evil; their personality is molded by their creator, resulting in "angelic" or generally good-aligned Heralds and "demonic" or generally evil-aligned Heralds - it goes in a spectrum, so there are also "neutral" Heralds and even ones that can be hard to pin down morally.
