She is beloved by her people as a kind and caring ruler and has kept most citizens happy with her generous public programs. However, she is not without her critics. Claims of her ignoring growing strife in the western city of Ben du has led some to call her a hoax and only pretending to care for the poor and downtrodden.

To call her a human would not be current but neither would be calling her a half-elf. The upper crust of Londe has been marrying into noble families in Ellel Alora for hundreds of years, and the royal family is no different. Because of this, the Duchess isn’t a half-elf but more of a melting pot of the two. Her appearance, at first glance, is strikingly more human then elven. However, her ears, high cheek, and sharp eyes betray the elven blood. Her age is also hard to pin from this as well.

Yvette grow up as the eldest daughter of his Royle Duke Guilbert Lelièvren and Duchesses Perle Vece Lelièvren. From a young age, she was groomed to take the throne of Londe. She was instructed on the proper behavior for someone of her station. It was expected of her to continue her families close relations with the age-old noble merchant families that have sat on the merchant's council and advised the monarch.
Five years ago Yvette took the Royal throne after her mother was forced to abdicate the throne to care for her sickly husband, who years prior stepped down as well. With that, she was crowned Royal Duchesses Yvette Vece Lelièvren I of the duchy of Londe. under her rule, Londe has continued to hold its status as superior international trade and diplomatic relations.
