Kerran’tai
The Kerran’tai is a people that live in the underwater lands of Ansigon. Some say they’re one of the elven races, while others say the elves originally were descended from them.
An ordinary Kerran’tai is a bit smaller than a human. Their skin is bluish-green, and they breathe with gills, like fish. When they’re out of the water, however, they breathe like other land creatures (with lungs), but the Kerran’tai don’t really like this. They find it a bit difficult. Their hands and feet are webbed for swifter swimming, and because of this, they have longer toes than other humanoids.
