"Blessed Blood" Aasimar are top of the social strata, with those manifesting a lesser amount of traits descending from that point. Those who forsake their duty or have romantic relations with humans are cast out and may not return until a severe penance has been performed.

Thanks to celestial heritage, they have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. They can see in dim light within 60 feet of them as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. They can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
