Kaplan Hess

Kaplan Hess is an human endling mortal with aspirations of godhood. During the Crown Wars, he used his armies to try to find and seize the fragment of divinity left over from Io's death in order to transform himself into a god.
He is worshipped mostly by other humans as an avatar of death, chaos, and destruction, who feel bitter and resentful that they have been left out of the Pantheon of Gods without a real god of their own.
