History

The country now known as Cindurria was founded approximately 002 in For Storia's Current calender. A group of Elves led by Meira Grelen came across the land and claimed it as their own. After conquering the Naga they renamed the capital city Cindurria, after Queen Meira's favorite dinosaur that died in the conquering.

During Queen Meira's reign, the Cult of Zumren grew unchecked, as the queen was so enamored with her. It wasn't until shortly before her death that the cult was dealth with and the strict magical laws went into effect in the country.

After her death, her brother counseled King Ritler until he was old enough to rule in his own right. In 780 the King, having gone completely mad had his cousin Orson Inalen killed when he found out rebels planned to dispose of him. Shortly after the death of his cousin, the king's daughter, Queen Jestarian was born.

The country is run by the current King/Queen, who has a council to help guide them to make the best decisions for the people.

Geography

The country is bordered by the West Ocean on the west and the Sea of Cothe on the south, the Red forest and Druid's Grove to the north, and Everdrift on the east. Lover's Lake is situated almost in the center of the country, with the city of Snakehelm on it's eastern shore.
