In this realm, night and day mean more than just what time it is. To the people here, it is the very phases of life. Here, the sun rises from the north and does not set for 48 hours. Even magic is influenced whether the sun shines or does not.   Men and women with the pursuit of magic might find themselves in the halls of Nordkassle learning of Magistones and their necessity, others with innate magical powers might find themselves in hiding to not be hunted for their heart. But magic is ultimately rare in this world due to its fickle nature.   Far from the joys of magic, the people of small towns and villages spend their day-to-day farming, hunting, foraging, and building. One town might have been blessed (or cursed) with a dungeon, others might just have a source of water and good geographical location.   Unknown to all but the most observant, this world has a bizarre history, and many ruins and objects from ancient times imply something great once happened here. It might be on the brink of happening again.
