Magic Warhammer, Legendary   Arc Storm: 2x/day casts Lightning Bolt (6d8 dmg)   Thunderstrike: (2x day) While holding the hammer, you can use a bonus action and expend 1 charge to call forth its thunderous energy. The next time you hit with a melee attack using this weapon it unleashes a thundercrack that is audible within 300 feet of you, and the attack deals an extra 4d6 thunder damage to the target. Additionally, if the target is a Large-sized creature or smaller, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away from you and knocked prone.     Thunderstep: (2x day) You teleport yourself up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. Immediately after you disappear, a thunderous boom sounds and each creature within 5 feet makes a Con save for 2d10 damage on a failed save, or half on a successful one. You can also teleport one willing creature of your size or smaller, and there must be an unoccupied space within 5 feet of your destination.   Deadsight. Trapped inside a panopticon and the runes of binding, the energies of Ladesh can be harnessed by the wielder. While holding the Thunderhammer, the owner can see the life and necromantic energies of his entire surroundings. It works as darkvision, but functions even in total darkness. When relying on deadsight, all attacks are at a -2 to hit.   Call from the Grave. Using the power of former host Azzerrad the Ageless, Mordai can channel the undead essence of his tribe. Can raise up to 30 Epinoin thralls, once per long rest.
It's not necromancy--it's really more of a recycling program.
